Basic First Aid and Basic CPR / AED (Heartsaver)

This class is for everyone that is not working in the medical field. -Daycare providers, personal trainers, coaches, school teachers, construction etc. The skills in this class include:

Opening airway, Rescue breathing, Choking for the conscious and unconscious victim, and CPR. You will also learn the importance of proper patient assessment. Then after a thorough evaluation of the patient you will learn skills such as-Bleeding control, immobilization of fractures, strains, and sprains, Burn care, Asthma, Diabetics, Seizures, Anaphylactic shock, and much more.

These classes fulfill all requirements for those certified as Foster Parents, Group Homes, Child Cares, Day cares, and Elder Care facilities.

This program meets all OSHA requirements. Certifications available through The American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety and Health Institute, Medic First Aid

Our instructors meet the requirements for the Colorado Department of Human Services approved vendor program.
